Mother Board Fried?

I just bought an Asus Maxmius V Formula, and I plugged it in and started it, the lights went on, and BAM. Nothing. No fans spinning, nothing. I can jumpstart my AX1200, and everything spins, but NOTHING is showing up on my monitor. Any help, guys? Thanks.

Bit more information....

1) plugged it in... to what?
2) AX1200, that is your psu right?
3) what is being used to output to monitor?
4) Define BAM!

Too little explanation on the problem to really help, anything from here would just be guessing, give us details of build, description of process and what you have done so far to resolve it!

Hehe, sorry, I meant plugged all the cables in from the mobo to the video card, DVD, ect, ect, ect... AX1200, yes, that's my power supply. I'm using an HDMI cable, it usually just says "Check Signal," and yes, I've tried different HDMI cables. BAM was sarcasm. Nothing happened. =c The only way I can make it start is, as I said, jumpstarting it, but nothing even outputs to the monitor. It's very strange...
