Have a foxcon n570m2AA with 2 GB 677Mhz RAM. After checking and asking bought 2x 2 GB 800Mhz RAM and installed. Everything i read said newrAM will jut run at slower 667 speed.
Computer was fine for a bit and saw the 6 GB RAM. But after a while got blue screen and computer locked.
Rebooted and tried several times but always locked after a while. Took out old 667 Mhz RAM, computer saw 4 GB but still unstable. Went back to old 2 GB 667 RAM only and computer fne.
Is there anything i can do with BIOS to fix the problem or do i just have to go buy 667 Mhz RAM
