So I just ordered an Asus Sabertooth Z77. Right now im using the Asus P6T v2 with Tri-channel G.skill 1600 RAM. Im not really sure how I will use all 3 sticks in the Sabertooth board. Maybe I should be just using 2 of them? If anyone could help me out that would be awesome.

It's the two light colored memory sockets in the picture you've linked to.

Yes, two 2GB sticks are probably going to work in dual channel mode. You can still put the other 2GB in, it just won't work in quad but will work individually. :)

Awesome, thanks man. I also have a Corsair H50. I heard the 1156 bracket will fit in the 1155 holes. Is this true?

You can use a 3x_GB, you lose Dual Channel but more RAM is better than the bench only loss. Populate: CPU: | RAM | RAM | RAM | -- |

The only issues are the older 1.65v aren't really recommend and in particular the VCCIO Voltage requirements, don't exceed a VCCIO of 1.20v.
