First attempt at building need advice

I bought some parts from newegg then asked question whether or not it can Max out the game skyrim so I already paid for it and I'm afraid I'm gonna have to send half of it back lol but now my question is will this motherboard be able to work with what I need and if not what do you suggest my budget for the whole computer is 450 and it seems I won't be able to do it but I'm trying

As you have rediscovered, the time to ask is BEFORE you buy, not after.

In general, a amd based system is not as good as intel for gaming at any price point.
