Upgrading my Intel core 2 E6300

Hi all,

I'm looking to upgrade my processor soon, but have realised I will need a new motherboard to do so. I'm thinking of going with one of the bundles on overclockers. My max budget is around the £200 mark. My current PC spec is below and I'm a bit unsure about compatibly and if I have to stick with intel. Advice on this plus the best bundle would be a great help but I'm open to suggestions, such as just getting a CPU and MoBo, sticking with my current RAM. OR any other components people might think are lagging.

I use the machine for 3D rendering, 2D/3D CAD modeling, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, gaming [mainly MMOs].
