Hello,
I'm sure this has been asked before but, might be upgrading soon and would it be worth it to upgrade from my Phenom ii 965 @ 4ghz (1.375v) to a i5 2500k and see how much of an overclock i can get on that? If i was going with the i5 i was going to get a motherboard that supports Crossfire so i can get another Radeon HD 6950 somewhere down the line. If I stick with the 965 i could try to get a Crossfire compatible motherboard and see if i could get another HD 6950.
Thank you,
Narco

If you are planning to CF 2 x 6950 and you do not have the board for it either way is fine. You will see performance increase with the 2500K but the 965BE will as well handle the cards in CF.
