So I'm looking to upgrade my computer, and can't decide on either upgrading the processor or video card.

My motherboard is a Biostar A770E3 and it can any Phenom II and Athlon II, so upgrading the processor isn't limited. Though here are my current parts:

AMD Athlon II 250 OC'ed to 3.3 Ghz

8Gb DDR3 1333(Generic PNY)

460w Cooler Master PSU(Don't know exact name)

9800Gt AKimbo(OC'ed to 760/1860/1060)

200Gb HDD

And I'm just not sure which to upgrade and, with that upgrade get the greatest performance. This computer is for light/medium gaming and my monitor is only 17" 720P so I don't know what to upgrade.

So any advice? What would you upgrade?
*Also my budget is roughly 100$, maybe a little more depends*

Well, for gaming.... i would say the best bang to buck upgrade would have to be a GPU upgrade.

Although for $100, these not many options that i would say that's truly an upgrade from the gpu you currently got.

Best gpu's i can find for $100 are:

Asus GeForce GT 440: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121426

HIS Radeon HD 6750: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161379

Now if your looking at $100-$125, then i could recommend gpu's that can be as strong as a GTS 450 to GTX 550 Ti.

Nice catch, I manage to overlook the Monitor resolution. ;)

On second thought, I'll agree with rolli59 that the cpu will be better for you.
