Video Steaming?

i am building a desktop for somebody and they want something to watch videos from the pc on there tv but without wires running through the house and i was wondering is there anything out there for that can be pluged into the motherboard that with wirelessly send video streams to the tv maybe through hdmi signals or anything with good quility?

I was wondering something similar. I have a system with 4 displays connected to 2 XFX Radeon 6870's. Is there a wireless display adapter out there that would allow me to make all 4 monitors wireless. I am constructing a custom case and if I can free myself of the monitor cables, my case design could be even more creative.
