Hello,
I've spent some time researching parts and options and came up with the two following build options, one from ibuypower and the other from cyberpowerpc. Is one better than the other? Are there any fundamental flaws I may have overlooked?

Solution
The first one is the better build with the stronger GPU, but I think that you should at least look in to building your own.

Basically, I am afraid I will F' it up if I try and build it on my own. I've up graded RAM, GPU and PSU on my current rig in the past, but I've never messed with installing a MB, CPU or cooling before. Am I just making to big of a deal out of building my own? How much do I stand to save if I do?
