Help with new system

Help me build my new pc first build
i have:
xfx black edition power supply 750 w
OCZ agility 3 60 gb ssd SATA 3
Western Digital 1 Tb 64 mbs

i want to buy:
-GIGABYTE G1.SNIPER2 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI (dont care if it looks gay not going to see it inside the case, want it for the intergated sound/killer card)
-Intel Core i7-2600K Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo Boost) 4 x 256KB L2 Cache 8MB L3 Cache LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor
-Prolimatech Megahalems Rev.B CPU Cooler(w/2 fans)
-Ram not to sure
-1866
-2133?
only going to run 1 G.C.

had a friend say that the power supply was to little but ive read on some of the forms that the power supply can push 2 geforce 400-500 gfc? and im not to sure about the ram?

750 watts is plenty. You can get by on less even asl long as you're not running 2 cards. As far as the ram goes, it depends on whether you want to spend the extra money on it. If the extra money is not an issue, then go for it.
