A better graphics card??

I have a 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium PC with a Gigabyte G41M-combo motherboard with 8gb memory, a dual-core E6800 3.33 GHz CPU, 585 PSU and an Nvidia Quadro FX 1400 graphics card......im not a big-time gamer but im looking to play some games on this PC and im wondering if the graphics card i have is ample enough or should i splurge and upgrade to another card??

screen res is standard---1024x768 or a little higher........and my budget is $100-$150, dont want to break the bank

for 100 bucks the radeon 5770 or 6770 is a stellar card, will run most things on high at that resolution.

I suggest you try out some games first.
You will then have a better idea of what kind of graphics power you need and can handle.
