Dual LGA2011 Xeon boards: Has Asus a L3 cache limit?

Hello, this is about DUAL XEON LGA2011 boards.
I saw, that the dual xeon e5-2600 boards by Supermicro have a limit of 20 MB of L3 cache.

1. Is there someone with a ASUS Z9PE-D8 WS board, who can confirm, that this board uses more than 20 MB L3 cache? (In comparison, Supermicro claims max. 20 MB)

1. Does someone know, if the 20 MB L3 cache limit in Supermicro boards applies to the whole mainboard or one processor only?

Thanks for your time and advive. Roger
