Help needed with Intel DZ68DB BIOS update to latest

Hi,

I currently have my Intel DZ68DB BIOS version 0032 which i want to upgrade to latest version 0043. After reading about motherboard failure in case of upgrade attempts on intel communities, i am stuck at the exact steps to take. Intel communities have confusion in providing answers. Someone tried to upgrade 0032 to 0040 and then to 0043 and it worked. But, that's worked in one case only.

Any help in this regard would be a great help.

The easiest way to update your bios on this board is to simply download the executable, DBZ6810H.86A.0043.EB.EXE, and run it under windows.
