Approximate Purchase Date: (Next 2 weeks)
Budget Range: ($1000, but i'm in Europe so the prices are a little bit different)
System Usage from Most to Least Important: (surfing the internet, illustration, gaming, watching movies)
Parts Not Required: (keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS, Sata hard drive)
Overclocking: Maybe in the future
SLI or Crossfire: Yes in the Future

So my build so far is:

CPU: Intel Core i5 2500k 3.30Ghz Skt1155 6mb
Graphic: Asus GeForce GTX560 Ti DirectCU II TOP or Gigabyte GTX560 Ti SOC
MOBO: Maximus IV Gene-Z iZ68
RAM: 6(3x2Gb) DDR3 Corsair CL8 Vengeance PC3-12800 (1600)
Case: Nox CoolBay 25
Cooler: Thermaltake SpinQ VT
NOX Urano 600W SLI

So, what do you think? What's wrong with it? What can be improve without spend more $

Thanks =D

CPU = Good choice
Graphics = ASUS, Yes, Gigabyte - The SOC version i believe has had some problems.
Mobo = Fine
RAM = The motherboard you listed is Dual Channel, not tripple. So ideally look for 8GB RAM 2X4GB sticks
Case = Fine
Cooler = Hyper 212+ or Arctic Freezer 7 Rev.2 might be cheaper better options
PSU = Not heard of NOX before so i cant comment on reliability. Generally brands such as Corsair, XFX, SeaSonic, Antec, OCZ are recommended.

Items you haven't listed:
Optical Drive = ?
Hard Drive (HDD) = ? (Samsung SpinPoint F3 7200rpm 1TB recommended)

Your choice for RAM should either be 2 X 2GB or 2 X 4 GB. I'd recommend the 8 GB as it is probably an advantage in yuour apps other than games.
Are you interested in a SSD; it will improve performance at boot and with many apps.

Corsair is the general choice when it comes to RAM.

1.5v, 1600MHz, Dual Channel DDR3

Nice, tks =)
Maximus IV Gene-Z iZ68 vs GIGABYTE GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 (here is cheaper something like $30) =) ?

Drop that Gene board, get the D3H. The Gene-Z is so overpriced, all ROG's are really. They "perform" decently but cheap boards can do what they do now specially with the 32nm fab.
