Opinion on new graphics card!

Hello, I was just wondering which card is better, i cant figure it out they are both pretty similar in specs...I need an opinion from the experts. The two cards are:

1)Asus ENGTX560 Ti DCII/2DI/1GD5 GTX 560 Ti DirectCU II overclocked graphics card
2) Sapphire 6850 Toxic Edition Factory Overclocked 1GB

+1 the 560Ti but it should also cost alot more

the 560ti is much faster, as others have said it would cost a fair bit more.

what are your full system specs? if you have the cpu/ psu to properly run it I'd definatley get the gtx 560ti, the ASUS one in particular is nice
