Changed monitor and exactly the same graphic card still not displaying

Hello,
i changed my monitor and the same compatible graphic card but the screen still stays black. When you turn the monitor on the green led lights up and then goes back to amber and says no input signal, any suggestions thanks

Has this system every worked properly?

When did it stop working and had you changed anything right before it stopped?

1. HP Pavilion p6157c Desktop PC

2. always worked properly.

3. stopped working 3 days ago. I bought a Geforce GTS450 and Antec earthwatts 430 watts ATX12V V2.3 almost a year ago.
