New PSU Mobo Connector!

Hi guys,

Just purchased this PSU (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371031&Tpk=17-371-031).

But check out the Motherboad connector! Picture (http://www.flickr.com/photos/71126846@N08/6427304367/in/photostream/)

Doesn't it look like that one pin is missing? Is that going to cauase any problems? Note that the PSU is currently plugged in and everything seems to be running smoothly (30 minutes so far).
