I'm not thrilled with the motherboard, I'm just not a fan of MSI. But if you have confidence in the brand, I say go for it.

Asrock is out selling MSI atm in regards to motherboards, and that board not only will o/c better than that MSI board, it's set up with the new PCI-E 3.0 slots that Ivy Bridge will support.

So why not?

any more info is appreciated, been awhile since iv built anything, and i like g.skill iv been running it for 5 years and its always been good ram, you think it would be fine with this build?
