My computer wont boot to wondows

hi to every one out there.i need a little help guys.its been a long time i didnt use my Intel computer since i bought a ATHLON 64 X2 5000+.and when i decided to give my intel to my son i try to open it & it wont boot up to windows.The Underscore Thing just keep flashing & wont continue to load to windows.I tried changing MOBO,HARDISK,MEMORY,& VIDEOCARD.but it was the same.no loading.almost all my specs are new when i bought it..so maybe some 1 can help me guys pls.i would realy appreciate it.

Try a windows repair. It may be a bad .dll issue.
Where exactly does it stop before rebooting?
