ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 was an awesome mb for the price when it was released , but AMD are about to release a new range of processors called Bulldozer , and unfortunately it wont run one . That means potential future upgrades are not possible .
The most up to date motherboards have a 970 or 990 series chipset

ASRock 970 EXTREME4 AM3+ AMD 970 $105
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

is a great choice if you might add a second graphics card later on

or
ASUS M5A97 EVO AM3+ $120
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

or if theres a tight budget then

ASUS M5A97
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... $100

Ideally look for 1600Mhz RAM that runs at 1.5 volts
Gaming only really needs 2 x2 gig , so if you need to you can save money here by getting less

The rest of the build is good quality . Enermax make really nice power supplies and the HAF is a good gaming case

Personally I would not buy a tower with a power supply, get a good name brand PSU.

Thanks a lot vigilante and outlander, You helped me address a lot of my concerns. I'm probably going to go with the ASRock970 because i'll probably get another graphics card down the road. Just to clarify though, if i got the ASRock, it would be compatible with the rest of my loadout?

yes its compatible with the processor

Bulldozer cpu's will work best with 1.volt RAM , so thats something to keep in mind . You can check on Asrocks page for that mb to see their recommended memory list , but it would be rare for other similar spec memory not to work .

Everything else works well
