Hi. I'm located in Canada so all prices are based on ncix.ca (cheapest price). Both the msi and gigabyte motherboard are a bundle with the i5-3570K, where the MSI costs $10 more (MSI bundle 349 vs Gigabyte $339 including MIR). The Asus motherboard can be bought by itself for$ 119 including MIR. Which of the the three will work best with an i5 3570K, AMD 7950, and corsair vengeance 2x4gb (1600)

Your help will be greatly appreciated

I would personally go for the Asus because I find the bios user friendly, however this depends on whether if you are planning on overclocking and by how much? the Asus can easily go up to 4.0 with the 3570k without any problems but I wouldn't want to push it anymore or else it will stress the VRM (for some reason Asus didn't place a heatsink for it on this board), if you don't have any problems waiting I would suggest to get a new MOBO when Haswell comes out because the sockets. Also you should consider getting an asrock extreme 4, I know the mosfits seem to be of less quality but the board does have a lot of options you should take a look at the detailed pros and cons of the boards yourself here http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/z77-express-ivy-bridge-benchmark,3254.html and see which one matches your needs more

Don't forget to try to price match, try using http://www.shopbot.ca/ to get some cheaper price listings ^_~
