Hello dear people!

As my paychecks are rolling, I have planned to change my über-budget computer to somewhat better one.
I have planned to buy parts just before winter(October-November), so I can wrap in blankets in cold winter playing games with my friends.
But I just want to get things clear before actual buy.
Budget is ~200LVL which is approximetly 400-500$

Parts which I have:
Gpu - Have Geforce 7950Gt
Hdd - Have 220Gb, its obviously way too small, but I will live with that
Monitor(1280x1024) 19"
Usual peripherals as mouse, keyboard...

And I am Amd user, as Intel have made some massive brain cell disasters in previous systems I had.
I like to overclock things up in medium level.

Things I need:
Motherboard - Am3 or Am3+ support, 4 Ram slots, Pci-e x16, on-board vga is not neccesary however I will not be mad if there will be some.
I think that Sli/Crossfire is not needed, because possibility that I will have 2 gpu's is quite low :pfff:

Cpu - I would like to have quad-core, and some free place for overclocking.
I have been searching for some here and I come with this
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103885
It seems to fulfill my need, but I believe there are better Cpu's too.

Cpu cooling - No need in Hi-end cooling, but I would love to see that cpu temp. is not over 30C in idle, in hot summer days. In winter it doesn't matter as I will use my Cpu as room heater :D
Have looking some coolers and have come to this one.

Psu - 400-500 Watts, I believe that the system may eat that much and a little reserve(75W).
Black picture here, have no idea which are good Psu and which are not.

Ram - 4 Gb would be more than enough for me.

I would love to see your suggestions in newegg.com format, cause its easy to look for parts here in Latvia from there.
And prices pretty sure will be spiced up here.

I would recommend waiting till at least end of September because you will see a lot of components change in price since new stuff are being released next month.

Thants for builds and tips. :)
As I can swipe out case(I don't use one) and optical drive(as I have one) I can save little money for something.
But about G.skill rams, seems that they are selling in Lithuania and Estonia, but they forgot about Latvia... ...darnasses.
Only downside, your suggested Radeons are bit high in price here (140-180$).
And zero888, I am planned to buy system even farther in time, like November, maybe prices will fall, maybe some super-tech will come out :D
