I currently have one HD 5770 running. How much of a performance increase will I see if I get a second one (given my current motherboard)? Is the performance benefit worth the money if I can get a second one for $75? What would be the highest system requirement game that I would be able to run on high settings?

I think 5770 x2 is equal to around a 5870 or 6870. Might be a bit more. If you are seeing slow downs in games you play or are planning a monitor upgrade soon then you might want to consider going this route.
