750w+ PSU with 55a+ on the 12v rail, you should be around 500-550w during gaming

Make sure you go for one with a single 12v rail. I had an 850 OCZ PSU with 4 x 20A rails and got random shutdowns with 2 570's.

1. just about every PSU under 1000w has a single 12v rail including your OCZ
2. be it a single 12v rail with splits or no splits, it has little to do with delivering power. Getting a quality PSU is far more important.
