hey guys which graphic card is better for gaming????

1. 9800GT
2. GTS 450
3. GT 240 DDR5

Agreed. If you have the PSU to power it, the GTS450 is the fastest. It uses about the same as the 9800GT, 105-110W. (stock models, not sure about the cards that are OC'd to perform around the level of the 5770.)

my system specs are

dual core 2.8 ghz
ram 3gb ddr2
psu 500w cooler master
resolution 1280*1024
mobo intel 945gccr

resently i bought 5770 bt it didnt worked on my pc. Thats why i ordered 9800gt keeping d fact of bottlenecking in my mind...
Will i be able to play games like crysis 2 and cod black ops..?? Is it a good card for gaming...??

Not all games. You should be able to make most look good however.

You only need to press the submit button once. You do a lot of double/triple posting.

A 5770 should work just fine in that PC. Those boards have a PCIe 2.0 16x slot on them. You probably just got a bad card or your BIOS needs an update.

Download the latest BIOS update from the Intel web site and update your BIOS.

Again, the GTS 450 is surely your best bet of the three you've listed.
