Popup from Tom's Hardware regarding Antivirus 2009

I was browsing the site and got a Antivirus 2009 popup. I was on no other site so I have to ask, why the hell would Tom's Hardware have spyware software trying to trick fools into installing. So messed up crap if you ask me.
