Something seems definitely wrong with the processor. Try a few benches and see if you go in for a restart. Try Intel BurnIn Test..... Give us a feedback....
It could be faulty sensors too, since the first pic says Core 0 is 46 & Core 1 is 58 whereas the HW Monitor shows the reverse Core 0 is 60 and Core 1 is 47 or I misread it and it just shows it in a reverse order..... but.... I doubt that...0 comes before 1 and 1 comes before 2....

nothing to worry about , 58 @ 100% use is fine

dual core cpus have the first core running hotter than the second one since most processes are done through the first core.

with quad cores its the same, 1st and 3rd cores run hotter than the 2nd and 4th ones

I ran intel burn test and here are the results

just a thought if you have two little thermal grease on one side of your cpu could this cause one core to run hotter than the other,
burn in test both cores are running 100%

The stress test is giving you fine results and it didn't crash or reboot, so, this just implies that the processor is working fine even at the said temps.
A good idea would be to reseat the CPU cooler and replace the TIM (Thermal Paste). And then try the same thing and see the temps
