Will I notice a HUGE difference between the two? I mostly play World of Warcraft and burn movies, dl music etc.

Not for those tasks, as none of those are tremendously processor intensive. Now, if you did things such as video encoding or games that use more than 4 threads and are CPU intensive (such as FSX), the answer would be yes.
