My specs:
Motherboard: M2NE-SLI
Processor: AMD Athlon Dual Core 4200+
Ram memory: 3Gb
Power Supply: Codegen 400W

And now...My problem is whenever i try to start some game my computer freezes. Before this graphic card i used nVidia 9800gt and every game worked fine, there wasnt any problem until it stopped working, green lines over monitor etc... so i bought hd5670. Now anyone knows what should i do to make this card work? maybe uncompatibility with motherboard? Hope to get answers soon. Thank you

If you can run the 9800GT, then you can run the HD 5670.

I don't recall how much power the 9800GT uses, but since I have the 9600GT I know it typically uses approx. 61w of power under normal gaming conditions.

The HD 5670 uses about 30w of power under normal gaming conditions. It is also slower than the 9800GT.

Your motherboard is somewhat old. It has a PCI-e 1.0 slot. Did you purchase a HD 5670 PCI-e 2.1 or PCI-e 2.0 card? That information should be on in the manual and probably on the box as well. PCI-e 2.1 cards sometimes have problems with motherboards that only has PCI-e 1.0 slots. Such as yours.

9800GT uses 105-110W. Thats probably the 65nm version, the 55nm would be less, with the green version just under 75W. The 5670 has a max TDP of 60W(ish) so power shouldn't be an issue. All AMD 5 and 6 series cards are 2.1. I've seen some on newegg get listed as 2.0, but if you check the manufacturers page its listed as 2.1.

I'd start by trying to update the bios. That should fix any problems between card and board.

No. The Radeon HD 5xxx series were initially released with the PCI-e 2.0 interface. Somewhere half way into the product cycle they were switched over to PCI-e 2.1 interface.

My Radeon HD 5850 is a PCI-e 2.0 card.

You know what, this card (Radeon HD 5670) is sort of an anomally. It can be a decent mid-level card for those folks that are strapped for cash because it's really cheap, and for those that lack wattage (it doesnt require any connection to your PSU - it draws all its power from the PCI-e port, and really only needs a system with about a 350-400 watt PSU).

But- I just got a prebuilt Dell XPS which had the 5670, and at first I was happy with it, at least I didnt think it would be a big deal- cause I just went from a 5770 in my previous system.

But after only 2 weeks I changed it back to the 5770- when I noticed a few glitches, and significantly lower frame rates in games I had already been playing with the 5770 at 30-60 FPS (Crysis 2 was one). I really thought both cards would be pretty close since the 5670 is only two notches below the 5770 (5750 is next), but no - these cards are quite a bit apart technically even though the 5670 supposedly uses the newer "Redwood" technology, and the 5770 uses the older "Juniper" tech. The 5770 is a much better performing card all around. I've had a chance to use them both, and I would never use the 5670 again.

I wasn't getting lock-ups or freezes like you are, but I'm betting it's the card. Yes newer drivers may fix it mostly, but I'd change cards if I were you. You can find a 5770 now for $100 bucks or so, and even the newer 6770 for just a little more (but the 5770/6770 are pretty much exactly the same spec wise).
