i want to ask when ever i start running my games, they doesn't run smoothly.

That means your laptop's video card is too weak to play whatever games your are trying to play. You could lower the resolution and graphics quality, but that does not guarantee performance will be acceptable.

Most laptops do not allow you to upgrade the video card. Those few laptops that do generally costs around $1500.

Might as well tell us what laptop you have and what video card is in it. But, the most likely answer for better performance is to buy a new laptop with a more powerful video card.
