Computer keeps randomly restarting and changing boot device

Hi,
I have noticed that when I leave my computer alone for a little while it randomly shuts itself off and boots up on my HDD that used to have windows on it.... I have two SSD'S and one is used for the OS. I have to switch the boot device or priority around to boot again on my SSD... now when my computer starts back up it must go from the last restore point or something because I uninstalled Lavasoft Aware antivirus and somehow it boots up with my computer like it was never uninstalled it said "thank you for installing adaware" what's going on? (btw when I installed my windows I forgot to hit format on my ssd would that do it? )

now it just randomly rebooted and kept the bios settings but doesnt remember that i installed a program

I would either 'try' a much earlier Restore Point or try booting in to safe mode to uninstall that application.

Then I would run SFC to see if there's any damaged or missing files; see options below. If that fails let me know.
