Hows my gaming pc look? $900ish budget

Looking to build my first gaming rig within the next week. Priorities mainly for gaming as well as simple multitasking (music, web browse, etc). First time builder here.

Heres my build so far:

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor

MOBO: ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Comes out to $948 before taxes and rebate. Does everything look good and is this good for the price? If there are any items you think I could substitute that would be worth it let me know.

Looks solid, but I can say from experience there is always a chance that Cooler gets in the way of your RAM (I have that Cooler and that RAM, but a different MOBO). Always a good thing to check, seeing as you only have 2 slots.

Nice bundle find. Saves me about $15. Are corsair PSUs just as good as Antec PSUs?

Yep. Corsairs are great psu's...manufactured by Seasonic. The only junk Corsairs are the "Builder Series" which are manufactured by CWT.
