What the loudest speakers i can buy for around $50-100?

See about demoing a pair of sony SS-B3000 at a local Best Buy. They're pretty damn good for their price.

loudest speakers? that entirely depends on what amplifier your driving them with which is the more likely factor for volume. for that money your best bet is to get some big second hand speakers. If your talking a whole speaker/amplifier combo, you wont get much for that money. maybe a set of logitech 2.1 speakers? wont be overly loud, you will be able to hear yourself talk over them and they have good bass for small speakers.
