  1. Do u think i will see a considerable difference in gaming or a better question. How much more performance will I see by switching the processor? Is it really better are just a little bit better.
  2. Not exactly the same CPU's but same MHz gap http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/188?vs=23
  3. i'm reading the chart am i realize the processor is better. I just don't know if it is worth a 100$. From the chart i cant tell if i will see better fps are if upgrading is worth it or not. I'm hoping to get a 40% increase in performance. U think that number is unrealistic are what % do think i should get.

You have about 30% increase in clock speed. The first gen Phenoms had issues that was fixed in second go around. I would upgrade but look at this ranking and decide yourself http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-cpu-overclocking,3077-5.html
  5. Alright final question. I do think 30% faster speed would be worth it. This list you gave me http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/AMD_AM2/M2NSLI/#CPUS. Do u think think AMD Athlon II X4 640 Propus 3.0GHz is my best choice out of all the choices are do u think there is a better one.
  6. I dont think you'll see 40%, maybe 25%. Since you already have a cpu cooler, a phenom II x4 840 is about $80 and give you another 10% above the 450... if your board supports it.
