I would put it in the one that lacks a graphic card. It's using the newer Sandy Bridge which is way better than the previous generation.

I'd be tempted to keep those Velociraptors and the Killer card if it actually is doingg any good.

Id move the two raptor drives to the second build and then dump that GTX 580 into it.

Something like:
ASUS P8P67 EVO Motherboard
Intel Core i7-2600K Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo Boost)
CORSAIR DOMINATOR 8GB (4 x 2GB) 240-Pin SDRAM DDR3 1600
2X In Raid 0 Western Digital VelociRaptor 10000 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s
Crucial RealSSD C300 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
SONY Black 12X Blu-ray
Thermaltake Toughpower 1050W Gold
+ 580 ;-)

Thats what I was considering but Im pretty new to all this. The Velcociraptors have the operating system from PC 1 and the SSD has the OS of PC 2. What would be the best way to swap them? if there anyway that I can move the OS from the SSD to the Caviars?

In that case your probably better off keeping the Caviar Blacks in your first build since they will only be used for storage anyway you shouldn't notice too much performance difference. Certainly keep your OS on the SSD.
