Are they both compatible? Do the PSU have the 240pin and 4pin power connector and also other stuff for a micro ATX board?

I think you mean 24 pin (or 20+4, which is what it really is), but yes, that PSU has one, along with a 4+4 12V CPU connector (that can be used as just a 4 pin).

So yes, that PSU is compatible with that board (and so would all PSU's that I know of).

Edit: I just realized that you may be thinking of the 240 pin memory slots, but that doesn't have anything to do with the PSU. That just means that you need 240 pin DDR3 RAM (1333 or 1066, in this case).
