Z77x-D3H Unable to change voltage/CPU settings

Hello! I've overclocked a couple systems throughout my life, but I am somewhat perplexed.

i5 3570K
z77x-D3H

bios: f6

In the bios, when I click on field to increase the multiplier, nothing happens. Also, pressing the + button does not work at all, and sometimes the - button will lower the multiplier, but not every time. I can't change any Vcore settings or anything. I've scoured from some global "unlock OC options" button, but am not able to locate one.

Am I missing something???

I had the same problem. What you have to do is manually type in the multiplier in the little box next to the default read-out.

maybe your bios is too old. I don't have problem with the latest.
