Couple questions about i3 2105 temps

So last night I built my htpc, everything is working fine (as far as I can tell). Couple questoins:

My temps are around 40c I assume this is fine?

I am using the stock cooler, I assume that the stock paste that was already on is sufficient?

You shouldn't be worried about your temps until they start going above 70C. Is that 40C under load?

I'm too uncertain with your second question to reliable answer it. I would think it is sufficient though but don't trust 60% certainty much.

I'm 99% sure its fine, I just worry about things.
