Good computer, still bad while gaming

Hello,
This is my computer specs:

AMD Phenom(tm) 9500 Quad-Core Processor 2.20 GHz
3.0 GB RAM
ASUS Geforce GTX 560

I thougt this was a good computer, but still i only have around 20-25 fps on Starcraft 2 in only medium graphics!!
What is the problem?
Please answer!

Starcraft 2 takes no advantage of Multiple cores (Blame Blizzard for this) and because of this you need a processor with a good IPC and a high clock speed. If your motherboard supports it a Phenom II 970 or 955 will provide you with the boost you need in SCII. Because otherwise unless Blizzard provides a patch or expansion that makes SCII take advantage of more that one core your FPS are going to remain pretty low at that clock speed.
