I assume you meant the Intel Celeron G530/LGA 1155 Sandy Bridge CPU. Well you're comparing different chipsets, the B75 vs H61 so for the SB about the only add is USB 3.0 native support, you won't be able to OC the RAM on the SB + B75. The B75 offer Business related security options, but for 'gaming' neither will make any difference.

The B75 boards also offer native support for SATA III and USB 3.0. I don't believe the H61 boards do. It's something to consider depending on your other components.

I would do the B75 if there isn't too much of a cost disparity.
