Best Z77 mobo? Last part needed for my build.

Long story short: building a pure gaming PC. I will be buying everything else after sept 22. I don't know what mobo to get but I pretty much want the best for gaming.

I'd prefer if wifi is included, and more than two way SLI. Here are what I've been thinking.
Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UP5 TH
Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UP7 (depending on price)
Asus Maximus V Formula
Asus Maximus V Extreme
EVGA Z77 FTW
Msi Big Bang MPower

My budget is technically $350. If I can make room elsewhere (combo's on newegg for example).

What would you choose and why?

  1. I would suggest the Asus Maximus V Extreme if i had to choose, the Asus back-end features are the best
  2. What features specifically? I was thinking the MVE was more for extreme over clocking than gaming? Am I wrong? Does your decision change if you are water cooling?
  3. to a computer, gaming is another process, being able to render vast 3D world and response time is your graphics card working hand in hand with your cpu

essentially any mobo can be for gaming, at that high end, it comes down to quality and those extra features like thunderbolt and overclocking features
