How to detect samsung dvd hard

good morning..when i insert the disc for replay instead it ejects..why? and i found out on the control panel that it is not installed..

If you dont see the drive listed in my computer then it wont read the disk. Reboot the computer and see if the drive gets detected. Let us know.
