  1. Can you link the driver page you downloaded from? Maybe you grabbed the wrong one for your copy of windows?
  2. unninstall all ati software full unninstall, and download and install from this site:
    http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downloads/Pages/downloads.aspx
    it should work fine.
  3. That should be the link for a 4350 and XP 32bit. Perhaps try that driver sweeper program and install again?
  4. Hello, I don't mean to go off topic, but I can't really find any other forums about my problem.

    I have a fairly mid-range Computer.

    OS:
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 (Should be 64-Bit but I have it at 32-Bit)

    PROCESSOR:
    Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5200
    @2.50GHz 2.00GB RAM

    MOTHERBOARD:
    GIGABYTE GA-EP43-DS3L

    VIDEO CARD:
    ATI Radeon HD 4350

    DISPLAY:
    23" acer AT2326M LCD 1080p Monitor (HDMI - DVI) 60Hz

My Desktop Resolution is 1920x1080 which doesn't underscan but when a game loads with the resolution at 720p it does underscan
but the strange thing is when I apply 720p on the desktop it will scale to full panel size.

ALSO THE GPU SCALING OPTION IS CONSTANTLY SET TO (SCALE TO FULL PANEL SIZE)

SORRY IF THIS ISN'T VERY DESCRIPTIVE.

    THANKS, ATIIOI576
