Graphic Card Advise

Hello, my graphic card xfx geforce 9600gso just died after two years and i am gonna buy a new one so please help me choose. i never used amd/ati, always nvidia but now i am thinking about amd/ati, my budget is $100 to $120 any nvidia or amd/ati new model or old, i am considering about "xfx gtx 260 black edition, xfx hd 4850, 512MB, they are little old but good and little cheap. please suggest one of them or any other but (ONLY XFX) bcuz they are easily available in my country.

I have

Pentium Dual Core E6300 2.8GHz
Asus P5P43TD
1GB Kingston DDR3 1333Mhz (gonna buy one more)
also gonna buy a new PSU (COOLER MASTER EXTREME POWER 500W RS-500-PCAR-A3)

The GTX260 is more powerful than the HD4850.

But the dual core e6300 may bottleneck the gtx260, so the hd 4850 for your config.
OR
You can upgrade the procc and get the gtx260.
