Which of these two cards would you pick? Please help me decide.

The 5670 is your better option.

Advantage of crossfire? Crossfire would allow you to substantially increase your graphics processing power in increments. Instead of buying one expensive card now, you can buy a less expensive card now and then another at a later date. Maybe more of a deferred expense option?

Don't expect much out of any Hybrid crossfire option on that motherboard. If you want more real video processing power, you'll need to upgrade your card.
