recent rumor suggests amd will start producing trinities in march 2012. glofo says the trinity yields are higher than llano's.
i wanted to choose 1 and 3 both 'cause i am waiting for both. want to see them compete head to head. but it looks like ivb will be 4-5 months old when trinity comes out.

Hoping for Piledriver to do what Bulldozer couldn't. Not setting my mind on it, but I'm still hoping. Intel NEEDS someone to compare to (even if it is a no-brainer in selecting the ruler), I fear for the end user should AMD fall out of the race completely.

I probably won' buy Piledriver when it releases. I'm still rocking an LGA775 system capable of doing what I want it to, and as such I will upgrade once I notice it falls short on what I really need, and then I'll probably be looking at the Ivy Bridge systems as the top choice for upgrading.
