So, that's it:
Sparkle GTS450 1GB GDDR5 vs. ATI Radeon(Its not sure that its going to be ATi but it will be HD 5770 :)  ) HD 5770 1GB GDDR5.
I guess the 5770 is the fastest one? And they both are around the same price? I just wanted to ask?
And if u can tell me are these cards useable on my motherboard which is ASRock G31M-S and can my PSU handle each one of them? ( PSU picture: http://www.mypicx.com/06292011/PSU/ )

The 5770 is faster. The GTS 450 should cost $15 less than the HD 5770 if priced properly but form I've seen the 5770 will be a much better buy at the moment.

But can I run HD 5770 on this PSU http://www.mypicx.com/06292011/PSU/? I guess the ASRock G31M-S motherboard its ok, but I will be grateful if u tell are my PSU and motherboard gonna handle it? I am going to buy new GPU tomorrow night, so I need the answers ASAP... please!

One last question:
Is the processor Intel C2(Core 2) Duo 2,93GHz E7500 ok with GPUs like GTS450, HD5750, HD5770? I mean is the processor going to slow 'em down or something?
