G skill RAM problem

Well I bought a G skill ripjaw x

and I have a motherboard with a b75 chipset

do I need to change my G skill ram or it is ok to
use it in my gigabyte b75-m d3v

Should be good, don't see any reason why it wouldn't.

The mobo and RAM are DDR3. Its 1333Mhz and the mobo supports that frequency. Its RAM so it will fit in the socket. Both are the right voltages.
