Finding own previous messages in forum

[Lung Men]

I looked in help in this forum but did not really find the answer to this question.

Is there an easy way to trace back your previously posted messages.

I used my username "Lung Men" in the Search window at the top of the page but did not get the answers I expected. Instead, I got all kinds of hits but none of them had anything to do with my messages or even with subjects discussed in this forum.
