Network crashing

im having major problems with my network but its not the adapter or card or actual provider..when i go into explorer it wont display properly and it wont download fully anything. my actual computer runs fine with any programs, games etc. just when i go online ill get errors and crashes like source file cant be read 0x80040508 any suggestions? When i system recover it says it cant fully recover because a antivirus is on but its not.

well i fixed my problem by myself..it was weird my zonealarm was crashing my server ..it worked fine in the beginning and i think that maybe my tuneup pro deleted a registry file or the zonealarm itself went rogue...i dunno but when i deleted it everything was fine..the funny thing too was that my computer couldnt find anything wrong with itself.lol
